필드에 대한 설명은 다음과 같습니다.

| 필드 | 타입 | 필수 여부 | 설명 |

| `code` | String | Required | 5 자리 이내의 코드 - `INIT` \| `CREAT` \| `RUN` \| `NSTOP` |
| `codeName` | String | Required | 코드에 해당하는 코드 이름 - `INIT 상태`\| `생성` \| `운영` \| `정상 정지` |
